本文首次研究了新试剂氟磺酸9,10-二甲基吖啶(DMAF)的发光性能和新化学发光体系DMAF-KOH-H_2O_2-AuCl_4~-的反应机理,建立了一种测定痕量金的新化学发光分析方法。该方法体系简单,选择性良好,灵敏度高,检测限为0.3ng/mL,工作曲线的线性范围0.5~800ng/mL,测定200ng/mL和10ng/mL金标准溶液的相对标准偏差分别为5.0%和6.2%。该方法特别稳定,金试液放置8h,对化学发光反应基本无影响。
