May 2015 Fujian Jinjiang Yixin Social Work Service Center dispatched a social worker to station Dongshan Village, Cizao Town, Jinjiang City. This is a typical village to live in rural communities, is the largest Quanzhou, Fujian’s second largest secondary building materials market, the village 85% of the employed population engaged in individual tile business, 15% engaged in tile transport. With the improvement of living standard, the demand of residents in the aspects of recreation, growth, participation and so on is also growing day by day. However, as a rural community, it means that there is a lack of functional differentiation within Dongshan Village. As the main unit of the community, the family undertakes the functions of production, culture and education.
