上海市建设工程质量监督总站成立于1984年7月18日。建站十年来,在建设部和上海市政府的关怀下,在全市质监人员的努力下,坚持改革、发展、务实、从严的方针,艰苦创业,以提高全市工程质量上水平为目标,全方位开拓工程质量监督事业,基本形成了由市质监总站统一指导下的市和区、县两级管理、两级监督的工作机制,并与中央部属在沪的质监机构联网,承担
Shanghai Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Station was established on July 18, 1984. In the ten years since the establishment of the station, under the care of the Ministry of Construction and the Shanghai Municipal Government, with the efforts of quality supervisors throughout the city, we have persisted in the principle of reform, development, pragmatism, strictness, and arduous pioneering, with the aim of improving the quality of the city’s engineering as the goal. The orientation development project quality supervision enterprise has basically formed the working mechanism of city and district and county management and two-level supervision under the unified guidance of the Municipal Quality Supervision General Station, and is linked to the quality supervision institution of the Central Ministry in Shanghai.
