通过试验初步认为,免耕抛秧和稻草还田免耕抛秧的病虫发生差异小,且不会重于常耕抛秧栽培。免耕抛秧、稻草还田免耕抛秧和常耕抛秧在不同的肥水管理条件下,稻飞虱、纹枯病等病虫发生差异各有不同,在科学肥水管理情况下,稻飞虱、纹枯病轻于常耕栽培,特别是稻草还田免耕抛秧,稻飞虱、纹枯病等病虫发生推迟,发生危害明显减轻。但不论肥水管理如何,免耕抛秧的病虫危害总体轻于常耕抛秧栽培,在同等条件下,肥水管理较差的田块还轻于稻草还田免耕抛秧。免耕抛秧和稻草还田免耕抛秧稻因具有发根早、根系发达粗壮、长势旺盛、群体结构协调等特点而增强了植株的抵抗力,从而减轻了稻飞虱、纹枯病的危害。
