应用数据包络分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)常用的C2 R模型与C2 GS2模型实证研究江苏省工业化阶段交通资源在国民经济中的配置效率及其在铁路运输、公路运输与水路运输之间的配置效率,结果表明,交通资源在国民经济中的配置效率亟待提升,而大力发展旅客运输特别是航空旅客运输对此将产生重大作用;铁路运输、公路运输与水路运输的综合效率、技术效率、规模效率与规模收益在江苏省工业化阶段各时期的表现存在着巨大差异,需要对症下药,采取相应的措施增大运输产出,从而提高交通资源配置效率。
Apply C2R and C2 GS2 models commonly used in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to empirically study the disposition efficiency of transportation resources in national economy during the industrialization of Jiangsu Province and its application in railway transportation, road transport and waterway transportation The results show that the allocation efficiency of transportation resources in the national economy needs to be improved urgently, and the development of passenger transport, especially air passenger transport, will play an important role in this aspect.
