随着经济全球化进程的加快,知识经济时代的到来,各企业更加注重人才。因此,人力资源的开发就十分重要。国有煤炭企业要想持续、稳定、快速发展,就必须跟上时代的发展脚步,加快对人力资源的开发。但就目前而言,国有企业仍存在很多问题,对人力资源的认识仍是以经验管理为主的传统管理模式,认识还不够深刻,对现有的人力资源不能很好的利用,而且极度缺乏高层次人才。因此,国有煤炭企业对人力资源的开发尤为迫切。
