搞活企业,提高企业的经济效益,关键在于调动职工的积极性。作者通过对哈尔滨一些大中型企业的调查,提出了当前充分调动职工积极性的三个重要方面:一是在管理上加强民主管理,切实保障职工的主人翁地位;二是在分配上切实贯彻按劳分配原则,把个人收益和企业兴衰联系起来;三是在作风建设上树立良好的思想作风,努力创造一个清正廉洁、奋发向上的环境。而这三个问题的实质就在于,在新的形势下继承和发扬党的优良传统,发挥公有制的优越性,正确解决职工和企业关系,逐步建立起互相信任、互相依靠的新型人际关系,建立起职工与企业利益共享、风险共担的利益共同体。
The key to invigorating a company and improving its economic efficiency lies in mobilizing the enthusiasm of its employees. Through investigations of some large and medium-sized enterprises in Harbin, the author proposes three important aspects that currently fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees: First, strengthen democratic management in management and effectively safeguard the ownership status of employees; second, implement the distribution according to labor in terms of distribution. Principles link personal gains with the rise and fall of enterprises. Third, establish a good ideological style in the construction of the work style and strive to create an environment that is clean, honest, and progressive. The essence of these three issues is to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the Party under the new circumstances, to give play to the superiority of public ownership, to correctly resolve the relations between employees and enterprises, and to gradually establish new types of interpersonal relationships that rely on mutual trust and rely on each other. A community of interests that shares the interests of employees and companies and share risks.
