[目的]研究野西瓜苗不同溶剂萃取物对枸杞蚜虫的触杀活性。[方法]采用点滴法测定野西瓜苗乙醇提取物和石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水等5种不同极性萃取物对枸杞蚜虫的触杀活性。[结果]95%乙醇提取物对枸杞蚜虫有较高的触杀活性,而且随着提取物浓度的增大和处理时间的延长,枸杞蚜虫的校正死亡率都在升高,浓度50.00g/L时,48h的校正死亡率达97.04%,毒力回归方程为y=1.7910x+3.7502,LC50=4.9867g/L。5种萃取物对枸杞蚜虫的杀虫活性顺序为氯仿>石油醚>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>水,氯仿萃取物48h的校正死亡率97.04%。[结论]该研究结果对野西瓜苗的进一步研究开发以及将其开发成新型的植物源农药具有参考价值。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the contact toxicity of different solvent extracts of wild watermelon seedlings to Chinese wolfberry aphid. [Method] The contact activity of ethanol extracts of wild watermelon seedlings with five kinds of polar extracts (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water) on the wolfberry aphid was determined by using the drip method. [Result] 95% ethanol extract had a higher contact activity on wolfberry aphids, and with the increase of extract concentration and the prolongation of treatment time, the corrected mortality of wolfberry aphid increased. At the concentration of 50.00g / L, 48h corrected mortality rate reached 97.04%, the virulence regression equation was y = 1.7910x + 3.7502, LC50 = 4.9867g / L. The order of the insecticidal activities of the five extracts against wolfberry aphids was chloroform, petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water. The corrected mortality of chloroform extractions for 48h was 97.04%. [Conclusion] The results of this study have the reference value for the further research and development of wild watermelon seedlings and their development into a new type of plant-derived pesticides.
