最近北京大学等高等学校正在进行紅与专的問題的大辯論。北大的教授們展开了批評和自我批評,并且結合业务进行两条道路和两种方法的斗爭。有許多教授誠恳地表示,要把心交給共产党和人民。他們的言論和行动說明,我国知識分子特别是高级知識分子的思想改造运动,現在已經推进到新的阶段。这就是在全国双反运动的激烈开展中,知識分子自觉地要求进一步深入改造自己,力爭紅透专深。这是我国新形势下的新气象。这种新气象是极为可贵的。
Recently, colleges and universities such as Peking University are undergoing a major debate on the issue of reds and specialists. Peking University’s professors launched criticism and self-criticism, and combined business with two paths and two methods of struggle. Many professors sincerely stated that they should give their hearts to the Communist Party and the people. Their remarks and actions illustrate that the ideological reform movement of our intellectuals, especially senior intellectuals, has now advanced to a new stage. This is precisely because of the intense development of the national anti-double movement, the intellectuals consciously demanded further in-depth transformation of themselves and strive to make Hong Kong more specialized. This is a new climate under the new situation in our country. This new climate is extremely valuable.
