人物档案:庄仕华,现任武警新疆总队医院院长,专业技术5级,大校警衔。1973年12月入伍,历任卫生员、外科医生、科室副主任、主任和副院长等职。庄仕华入伍32年扎根边疆,牢记全心全意为人民服务宗旨,为维护边疆稳定和民族团结,巩固党执政的社会和群众基础做出了突出贡献,被广大官兵和各族人民称赞为“积极为构建社会主义和谐社会做贡献的时代楷模”。庄仕华先后荣立二等功1次、三等功9次,16次被评为“优秀共产党员”,被新疆维吾尔自治区表彰为“十大优秀共产党员”、“民族团结先进个人”、“学雷锋先进个人”、“双拥先进个人”和“拥政爱民十佳好军人”,并当选自治区第十届人大代表、武警部队党代会代表。2005年11月荣获中国医师最高奖“中国医师奖”,2006年3月荣获“中国守信院长”、“全国百姓放心医院院长”荣誉称号。2006年6月,被新疆各族人民评为“感动新疆十大人物”。
