目的探讨血清肌酸激酶 (CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)作为早期反映芥子气损伤指标的意义。方法以成年家犬为中毒模型 ,中毒剂量为 12mg·kg- 1,皮下注射。随机分为中毒对照组 (4条 ) ,治疗组 (6条 ) ,治疗组动物在中毒后 30min即进行相应的药物治疗。于中毒前所有犬各测一次CK、CK -MB的基础值 ,并于中毒后每日检测心肌酶的动态变化。对中毒致死动物及存活动物 (中毒或治疗后 11d及 2 8d)进行剖验 ,观察心肌细胞在光镜下组织学改变。结果中毒对照组犬于 3d内死亡 3条 ,治疗组犬全部成活。两组犬的CK、CK -MB值在中毒后均大幅度升高 ,中毒对照组尤甚 ,中毒后第 2天治疗组的CK与CK -MB值较中毒对照组分别下降5 3.7%和 4 0 .9% (P <0 .0 5 )。第 4天起治疗组的CK、CK -MB有明显的回落 ,之后趋于正常。 3d内死亡犬心肌细胞损伤较为明显 ,而存活至中毒后 11d或 2 8d犬心肌细胞未见异常。结论血清CK与CK -MB在芥子气中毒早期即显著升高 ,是反映芥子气损伤较敏感的指标
Objective To investigate the significance of serum creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase (CK-MB) as early indicators of mustard gas injury. Methods Adult domestic dogs as poisoning model, poisoning dose of 12mg · kg-1, subcutaneous injection. Randomly divided into poisoning control group (4), the treatment group (6), the treatment group of animals in the 30min after poisoning for the appropriate drug treatment. Before the poisoning of all dogs measured once CK, CK-MB basis value, and daily testing of myocardial enzymes after poisoning dynamic changes. Toxicity to lethal animals and surviving animals (poisoning or 11d and 28d after treatment) were tested to observe the histological changes of myocardial cells under light microscope. Results poisoning control dogs died within 3 days in 3d dogs in the treatment group all survived. The values of CK and CK-MB in both groups were significantly increased after poisoning, especially in the poisoning control group. The CK and CK-MB values in the treatment group on the second day after poisoning were decreased by 53.7% and 4%, respectively, compared with the control group 0 .9% (P <0. 05). On the 4th day, CK and CK-MB in the treatment group dropped significantly, and then became normal. Myocardial cell death in 3d dogs was more obvious, but there was no abnormalities in cardiomyocytes on the 11th or 28th day after poisoning. Conclusions Serum CK and CK-MB were significantly increased in the early stage of mustard gas poisoning, which is a sensitive indicator of mustard gas injury
