消除矿井开拓掘进揭煤期间的煤与瓦斯突出危险及解决矿井掘进时,工作面瓦斯超限问题,是治理矿井瓦斯问题的最主要任务。本文以鸡西矿业集团城山煤矿“一面两巷”实践应用为例,分析研究了其“一面两巷”的实施与效果。实践证明,采用高位巷及本层打超前钻孔,预抽瓦斯技术,既能掘进揭煤期间的煤与瓦斯突出危险,又能解决掘进进尺时,工作面瓦斯超限问题,既确保了矿井生产安全,又节约了瓦斯洽理的成本,有效地保证了掘进进尺与治理瓦斯两不误,实现安全、生产双丰收,达到了“一面两巷”的实施目的。
Eliminating coal and gas outburst danger during mine digging and coal uncovering and solving the problem of gas overrun in coalface excavation is the most important task in controlling mine gas problems. In this paper, Jixian Mining Group Chengshan Coal Mine “one side two lanes” practice as an example, analysis of its “one side two lane ” implementation and effectiveness. Practice has proved that the use of high alley and this layer to play pre-drilling, pre-drainage gas technology, not only can dig coal and gas outburst danger during the uncovering coal, but also to solve the boring footage, face gas overrun problem, both to ensure that the mine The safety of production also saved the cost of gas negotiation and effectively ensured the safety of coal mining and the double harvesting of coal mines. Therefore, the implementation of “one side and two lanes” was achieved.
