本文在分析当前大口径排水管生产和应用的基础上.研究了超低水灰比(W/C≤0.30)对大口径排水管用高强混凝土后期性能的影响。结果表明,在W/C≤0.30时,处于高湿环境中的密实混凝土在后期由于水分的侵入可引起内部大量微裂缝。进而导致混凝土后期性能的劣化。
This article is based on the analysis of current production and application of large-diameter drainage pipes. The influence of ultra-low water-cement ratio (W/C≤0.30) on the later-stage performance of high-strength concrete for large-diameter drainage pipes was studied. The results show that when W/C ≤ 0.30, dense concrete in a high-humidity environment can cause a large number of internal micro-cracks due to moisture intrusion at a later stage. This in turn leads to deterioration of the concrete’s later performance.
