音像制品属文化商品。它在给人们以娱乐的同时,还担负陶冶情操、净化心灵、提高人的精神素质的崇高使命。目前,我国音像制品已发展成为一个庞大的产业,音像市场呈现出朝气蓬勃景象。在这莺歌燕舞、充满竞争、繁荣的同时,不可忽视的是走私、盗版现象相当严重,尤其黄色淫秽片、宣传暴力的凶杀片的翻录销售活动十分猖獗。因此人们呼吁切实整顿音像市场,使之走向真正的繁荣。
