近年来美国脉冲牙科激光治疗机在口腔科广泛应用,但由于功率较低,大多用于口腔内科牙本质过敏等症的治疗。近期国内推出了平均功率可达10W的脉冲NdYAG口腔科激光治疗机,由于功率较大,用途也更广泛。用脉冲NdYAG口腔科激光治疗机和连续NdYAG激光机照射血管畸形动物模型,比较临床和组织学变化的不同。结果表明:以153J/cm2能量密度照射鸡冠,肉眼观察两组的变化进程,与镜下观察基本一致。
In recent years, the United States pulsed dental laser treatment machine widely used in the Department of Stomatology, but because of low power, mostly used for dental treatment of dentin hypersensitivity embolism. Recent domestic launch of the average power of up to 10W pulse NdYAG dental laser treatment machine, due to the larger power, more extensive use. The pulsed NdYAG stomatology laser machine and continuous NdYAG laser were used to illuminate the animal models of vascular malformations, and to compare the clinical and histological changes. The results showed that the energy density of 153J / cm2 irradiation of the crest was observed by macroscopic changes in the two groups, which were basically the same with the microscopic observation.
