学习贯彻党的十六大精神正在深入,2010年世博会主办权又“花落”上海。这将有力地促进我国全面建设小康社会,也将大大推进上海的现代化和国际化。喜讯传来,上海工业战线广大干部职工欢欣鼓舞,并把深入学习贯彻十六大精神与抓住中国申博成功这一重大机遇结合起来,思考着如何加快上海工业在新世纪新阶段的新发展。
The spirit of studying and implementing the 16th CPC National Congress is in-depth. The right to host the 2010 World Expo has “blossomed” again in Shanghai. This will effectively promote China’s building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and will also greatly push Shanghai’s modernization and internationalization. The good news came that the cadres and workers in Shanghai’s industrial front were rejoice and combined with the great opportunity of studying and implementing the spirit of the 16th National Congress and grasping the success of China’s Shenbo. They considered how to speed up the new development of Shanghai’s industry in the new phase of the new century .
