一、胶料配方设计影响油封密封性能和使用寿命的因素很多。而油封材质,尤其是唇部材料的选择合理与否是其中主要因素之一。当油封与工作介质接触而产生溶胀收缩或磨损变形时就会降低密封性能,缩短寿命,所以油封材质的选择要依据所接触介质的性质、工作条件等。我们曾对拖拉机油封用油的品种和性质,各部位油封工作条件进行分析,结果见表1、表2。
