目的探讨前瞻性护理管理对护理交接班质量的影响。方法选择2015年7月~12月在我院收住的726例患者采用传统的交接班管理模式作为对照组,2016年1月~6月在我院收住的772例患者采用前瞻性交接班管理模式作为观察组,比较两种管理模式下护理不良事件的发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论前瞻性护理管理使终末式监控转变为前瞻性干预,通过建立规范的流程和质控标准,为一线护士提供指导、指引,使患者得到细致、安全、专业的护理服务,对保证护理质量发挥了重要作用。
Objective To explore the impact of prospective nursing management on the quality of nursing home delivery. Methods A total of 726 patients admitted to our hospital from July to December 2015 underwent traditional shift management as the control group. 772 patients admitted to our hospital from January to June in 2016 were prospectively managed by shift management Model as the observation group to compare the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction in the two management modes. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the patients’ satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Prospective nursing management turned the terminal surveillance into a prospective intervention. By establishing Standardized procedures and quality control standards for the first-line nurses to provide guidance and guidance to patients with meticulous, safe and professional care services, to ensure the quality of care played an important role.
