随着时代发展,社会进步,思想政治工作也随之面临许多新挑战、新问题、显得复杂。如何有效地把我们公路行业职工团结和带领起来,全面加强精细化养护,树立干线公路新形象工作与职工之间和谐发展,成为我们政工人员研究、探讨,做好思想政治工作的新课题。笔者结合宝鸡公路管理近年实践,谈一下新形式下公路行业思想政治工作的创新。
With the development of the times, social progress and ideological and political work also face many new challenges and new problems, which are complicated.
