对无汞盐测铁法 (甲基橙为指示剂 )进行了试验研究 ,确定了最佳测定条件为 :溶样时间 2 5min ,还原酸度 4.0mol·L-1,还原温度 6 0℃~ 70℃ .并在此条件下测得铁矿石中的铁量与有汞盐测铁法基本一致 ,说明无汞盐法是一种准确的常量测铁法 ,且简便、经济、污染小 .
The iron-free salt measuring method (methyl orange as an indicator) were studied, and the optimum conditions were determined as follows: sample time 25min, reducing acidity 4.0mol·L-1, reducing temperature 60 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. And under this condition, the iron content of iron ore is basically the same as that of iron salt method with mercury salt, which shows that mercury-free salt method is an accurate constant iron measurement method and is simple, economical and less polluting.
