随着第十个“世界知识产权日”的到来,成立于2000年5月12日的北京市朝阳区人民法院知识产权审判庭也迎来了她10周岁的生日。10年来,中国知识产权发展体制建设日趋完备;10年间,最高人民法院共制定和修订了20多件知识产权司法解释;10年中,朝阳区法院知产庭作为全国第三家、北京第二家基层法院设立的知识产权审判庭,成功审结了多个全国“首例”案件,在审判与管理工作不断成熟和完善的过程中,见证了知识产权审判事业发展的10年历史。
