自1964年以来,我厂在压力容器的生产中逐渐推广应用了低合金高强度钢,其中包括16Mn、15MaV、15MnTi、15MnN、14MnMoV、15MnMoVN、18Mn MoNb 及14MnMoVN 等。在某些高压容器中也部分地采用过19Mn5、BHW35、FG43等西德高强度钢。这些钢的屈服强度在35~60公斤/毫米~2之间。在上列各种高强度钢的焊接过程中,都在不同程度上产生过焊接裂纹,有的甚至造成了灾难性事故。总结我厂十余年制造高强度钢压力容器的经验,焊接裂纹主要有如下几种形
