对２０６例资料齐全的颌面骨纤维骨病变进行了Ｘ线研究，总结了Ｘ线特征，如生长方式属膨胀性或延伸性，病变弥散或局限，边界是否清楚，牙及牙楷骨受累情况等。按形态和密度分为囊性改变（单囊２２例，多囊性３５例）；实质性改变（毛玻璃型４６例，硬化型２３例，混合型８０例）。按性质可归为非肿瘤性（８４例）和肿瘤性改变（１２２例）二类。分析其特征，探讨三结合诊断的标准。
A total of 206 cases of maxillofacial osteofibrous bone lesions were studied by X-ray. The X-ray findings were summarized, such as the growth pattern is expansive or extensible, the lesions were diffuse or limited, the boundaries are clear, the involvement of the teeth and the kyphosis Wait. According to the morphological and density changes were divided into cystic changes (single capsule in 22 cases, cystic 35 cases); substantial changes (46 cases of ground glass type, sclerosis type 23, mixed type 80 cases). By nature can be classified as non-neoplastic (84 cases) and neoplastic changes (122 cases) two categories. Analyze its characteristics, and discuss the criteria of three-combined diagnosis.
