利用漆酶结合没食子酸月桂酯体系(L/LG)处理旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆,初步探讨了该处理体系对纸页施胶度、强度性能以及疏水性的影响。结果表明:相对未处理的OCC纸浆,经L/LG处理后,纸页的施胶度提高30倍,湿/干环压强度和湿/干抗张强度可分别提高约30.8%和37.2%,静态接触角从20.0°提高至122.5°,可勃(Cobb)值降低了69.1%,改性纤维的保水值下降17.5%,纸页的疏水性得到明显改善。
The effect of the treatment system on the sizing degree, strength property and hydrophobicity of the paperboard was discussed by using laccase and laccase (L / LG) to treat old corrugated paperboard (OCC) pulp. The results showed that the sizing degree of paper increased by 30 times and the wet / dry ring crush strength and the wet / dry tensile strength increased by about 30.8% and 37.2%, respectively, compared with untreated OCC pulp after L / LG treatment. The static contact angle increased from 20.0 ° to 122.5 °, the Cobb value decreased by 69.1%, the water retention of the modified fibers decreased by 17.5%, and the hydrophobicity of the paper sheet was significantly improved.
