时下各地召开理论学术研讨会颇多,这对促进人们思想交流、学术相长是大有好处的。问题是这样的会议该如何开,我们的传媒该如何报道。 开理论学术研讨会与开行政管理部门的任务布置会是不同的,尽管后者也需要讨论,但它毕竟是以明确上级精神,抓好贯彻落实为宗旨的,而理论学术研讨会则在于“交流”,为了让更多的思想、观点、方案、方法展现出来,开阔人们的视野,活跃人们的思想。人们在切磋、商讨、争鸣中或分清是非、或找出短长、或明晰思路。当然也不排除在某种范围、某种程度上对某一问题、某一看法形成某种共识。这都是很正常的现象。 为达此目的,在会议的运作程序上,在会议的主持方式上,都要严格按照开研讨会的要求办理,否则,就会走样变调,其中也包括我们的传媒报道时出了偏差
There are quite a few academic seminars nowadays around the world, which are of great benefit to promoting people’s thought exchange and academic growth. The question is how such a meeting should be opened and how our media should cover it. The opening of academic seminars and the opening of administrative departments will have different tasks. Although the latter needs to be discussed, it is, after all, aiming at clarifying the superior spirit and doing a good job of implementing it. The academic symposium lies in “ Exchange ”, in order to allow more ideas, ideas, programs, methods to show, broaden people’s horizons, active people’s thoughts. People learn, discuss, contend, or distinguish between right and wrong, or find short long, or clear ideas. Of course, do not rule out a certain range, to some extent, a certain consensus on a certain issue, a certain view. This is a normal phenomenon. In order to achieve this goal, we must strictly follow the requirements of the seminar on the operating procedures of the meeting and on the mode of hosting the meeting.
