近几年来,在城镇化水平不断提高、人口出生率降低以及学生、家长追逐优质教育资源等因素的共同影响下,农村校生源逐年减少,小班的比例不断扩大。据统计,本学年邵武农村小学共有教学班306个,其中班生数在30人以下的班级达230个,约占总班级数的75%,平均每班学生数仅为19人。对于我们来说班生规模小,生均占有的教育资源就多,学生参与教学活动的密度和效度就高,师生之间的互动关系就会得到加强。如何运用这些有利因素,构建有效的教学方式,促进教
In recent years, under the common influence of factors such as the rising urbanization level, the declining birth rate and the pursuit of quality educational resources by students and parents, the source of rural school students has been decreasing year by year, and the proportion of small classes has been constantly expanding.
