科研经费是医院科研人员从事科学研究的重要保障。能否对科研经费实施科学、有效的管理,直接影响到科研项目能否顺利开展,科研经费能否得到充分利用,以及科研结果能否取得突破。本文作者围绕医院科研经费管理存在的问题,提出了启用新制度新体系、引进专业财务管理人员等加强医院科研经费管理的措施。
Scientific research funding is an important guarantee for scientific research conducted by hospital researchers. Whether the implementation of scientific research funds can be implemented scientifically and effectively will directly affect the smooth development of scientific research projects, whether scientific research funds can be fully utilized, and whether breakthroughs can be made in scientific research results. Focusing on the existing problems in the management of hospital research funding, the author proposes measures to strengthen the management of hospital research funds by introducing a new system and introducing specialized financial management personnel.
