电子病案为医院的医疗数字信息技向高层次发展提供了可靠的保障,具有广泛的共享性、完整性和很高的科研、教学价值,广泛应用于医疗、教学、科研、医院管理、宏观的医疗管理等方面,并服务于社会的相关方面。电子病案的价值是通过其利用来实现的,但病案的质量决定病案的使用价值。
