研究了烟蚜茧蜂毒蛋白畸形细胞、毒液和萼液,对寄主蚜虫的生长发育的影响。通过利用过寄生和假寄生的研究方法,证明寄生蜂寄生过程中产生的毒蛋白对寄主生长发育有明显影响。结果显示,毒液和萼液能显著延长若虫的发育;正常寄生后,寄生蜂毒蛋白使寄主始终处于抑制状态,并对其免疫系统产生抑制作用,毒蛋白的量增加加大了对寄主的抑制程度。研究结果表明,假寄生与正常寄生后寄主的生长和发育有明显差异,部分原因可能是由畸形细胞引起的。
The effects of callus from Venom of Aphididae on malformation cells, venom and calyx liquid on the growth and development of host aphids were studied. Through the use of parasitic and pseudoparasitic research methods, to prove the parasite bee parasites produced during the toxic protein has a significant impact on the host growth and development. The results showed that the venom and calyx liquid could significantly prolong the development of nymphs. After normal parasitization, the parasitophorin protein always inhibited the host and inhibited the immune system, and the increased amount of toxic protein increased the host inhibition degree. The results show that there is a significant difference between the growth and development of the host after pseudo-parasitism and normal parasitism. Part of the reason may be caused by the abnormal cells.
