WINBIS是一个运行于中文WindowsPC环境中的双极型器件特性模拟软件,其源代码由面向对象程序设计语言borlandC++4.5编制而成。WINBIS提供标准的Windows用户界面和在线帮助功能,易学易用;该系统还提供了对计算结果、图象进行实时跟踪显示和交互处理的功能,能交互修改输入条件,使模拟结果更令人满意。WINBIS采用面向对象的设计方法,易于扩充、维护。WINBIS能模拟双极型晶体管体内的载流子分布、电场分布、电流增益、特征频率等各种器件内外部电学特性。
WINBIS is a bipolar device simulation software running in Chinese Windows PC environment. Its source code is compiled by borland C ++ 4.5, an object-oriented programming language. WINBIS provides a standard Windows user interface and online help function that is easy to learn and use. The system also provides functions of real-time tracking display and interactive processing of calculation results and images, interactively modifying input conditions and making simulation results more satisfactory . WINBIS using object-oriented design method, easy to expand, maintain. WINBIS can simulate the internal and external electrical characteristics of various devices such as carrier distribution, electric field distribution, current gain, and characteristic frequency in a bipolar transistor body.
