目的分离、鉴定辽东木(Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.)芽提取物(总皂苷)中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱,制备高效液相柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为Elatoside F(1)、Araloside G(2)、CongmunosideⅤ(3)、Congmuno-sideⅨ(4)、3O[βDglucopyranosyl(1→2)][βDglucopyranosyl(1→3)]αLarabinopyranosylhederagenin(5)。结论化合物5为一新天然产物。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of bud extracts (total saponins) of Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Five compounds were identified as Elatoside F(1), Araloside G(2), CongmunosideV(3), Congmuno-sideIX(4), 3O[βDglucopyranosyl(1→2)][βDglucopyranosyl(1→3)]. αLarabinopyranosylhederagenin (5). Conclusion Compound 5 is a new natural product.
