我们的任务是雇佣一个新的NBA教练。如果我们无法得到菲尔·杰克逊或者帕特·莱利,下面就是我们应该做的:首先,我们必须要评估一下我们的球队处于一个什么状态。如果我们雄心勃勃,我们很可能寻找有经验的NBA教练。他辉煌的过去证明他能管理好一个球星云集的更衣室,并在季后赛中获胜。如果,另一方面,我们正经历着重组,我们寻求的就是不一样的特长,比如,一个我们认为精于培养年轻球员的教练。那么,我们就需要考虑,我们球队理想的教练在以下几个方面将有何种表现:经验、纪律、组织能力、鼓动能力、个人魅力、信任、创造性、职业道德。
Our mission is to hire a new NBA coach. Here’s what we should do if we can not get Phil Jackson or Pat Riley: First, we have to evaluate what our team is in. If we are ambitious, we are likely to look for an experienced NBA coach. His brilliant past proved that he managed a star-studded locker room and won the playoffs. If, on the other hand, we are undergoing reorganization, what we seek is different strengths, such as a coach who we think is good at training young players. Then we need to consider how our team’s ideal coach will perform in the following areas: experience, discipline, organizational skills, agitation, personal charisma, trust, creativity, professional ethics.
