电力物资采购成本的控制作为电力企业成本控制的重要组成部分,有利于降低企业的成本支出,增加企业的经济效益。因此,电力企业要想在激烈的市场经济竞争中赢得优势地位,则必须更新企业的思想观念,建立和完善电力企业物资采购的制度,做好物资的采购计划管理与成本预算工作,选择合理的采购方式,提高企业的市场竞争力。文章主要探讨提高电力物资采购成本控制的措施。
