党的十七大提出:“缩小区域发展差距,必须注重实现基本公共服务均等化”。广播电视如何构建广电公共服务体系既是贯彻落实十七大精神重要内容之一,又是关系广播影视又好又快发展的一个重要课题。浙江省武义县广播电视台在前期深入调研基础上,从2008年1月1日开始实施农村广电公共服务均等化工程,为破解构建广电公共服务体系作了有益的探索。
The 17th CPC National Congress proposed: “To narrow the disparity in regional development, we must pay equal attention to equalization of basic public services.” How to Construct Radio and Television Broadcasting Public Service System is not only an important part of implementing the spirit of the 17th National Congress, but also an important issue concerning the sound and fast development of radio, film and television. On the basis of a thorough investigation in the previous period, Wuyi County Radio and Television Station of Zhejiang Province implemented the equalization project of rural radio and television public services from January 1, 2008, which made a useful exploration for cracking down the public service system of radio and television.
