经文化部研究决定,任命牛克诚为中国艺术研究院美术研究所所长。2016年4月12日上午,文化部人事司副司长张士军在中国艺术研究院宣布了这一任命。牛克诚1961年生于辽宁省抚顺市,1983年毕业于北京大学历史系,1987年毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院历史系。1994年至1997年间,作为东京大学外国人客员研究员、日本国文部省招聘海外艺术家,在日本进行学术研究与艺术创作。长期专注于中国古代绘画、书法、篆刻史研究,学术专著《色彩的中国绘画——中国绘画样式与风格历史的展开》,是国内外美术史学界第一部中国色彩绘画通史,获得第六届国家图
Research and decision by the Ministry of Culture, Niu Kecheng appointed director of the Institute of Fine Arts, China Academy of Arts. On the morning of April 12, 2016, Zhang Shijun, deputy director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Culture, announced the appointment at the China Academy of Art.
