管理实践中仍存在着让迷思延续和发展的适宜土壤。只有破除管理实践中流行的迷思,使管理回归本源,才能让组织走上可持续发展的道路人类自远古到今天,似乎都生活在形形色色的迷思之中。存在于风俗、文学或艺术领域中的迷思,或许可以丰富我们的生活情趣,滋润我们的心灵或扩大我们的想象空间。然而,即使在求真的科学领域中——不管是自然或是社会科学——同样也存在着许多视为当然而牢不可破的迷思。对既是科学又是艺术的管理而言,更无法逃脱这充满迷思
There is still a suitable soil for the continuation and development of myth in management practice. Only by breaking the myth that prevailed in management practice and bringing management back to its origins can we allow organizations to embark on a path of sustainable development.
