羊水培养中的染色体嵌合型方面的文献很多,当检查的细胞过少时由于假阳性假嵌合型和假阴性结果,在产前研究方面仍是一个关键性的难题。作者报导一例,由多处胎儿组织的染色体分析证实为嵌合体18三体征。孕妇为37岁三次妊娠,两次生产的白人妇女,由于高龄妊娠而进行产前染色体诊断。在妊娠17周进行羊膜穿刺,取得清洁的羊水20ml,分离2ml进行a-胎甲蛋白的测定。羊水a-胎甲蛋白浓度为8mcg/ml。作者将剩余的18ml羊水分为三份,每份6ml,在60×15mm培养皿上,用基本培养
There is a lot of literature on chromosomal chimerism in amniotic fluid culture, which remains a key problem in prenatal studies due to false-positive pseudo-chimerism and false-negative results when there are too few cells examined. The authors report a case of trisomy 18 chimerism confirmed by chromosome analysis of multiple fetal tissues. Pregnant women are 37-year-old three pregnancies, twice the production of white women, as a result of advanced pregnancy prenatal chromosome diagnosis.
