建筑工程的外墙设计,更注重结构的保温、装饰和安全性。建筑设计、施工规范对外墙防水只是做了一些简单的规定,但外墙渗漏引起的危害极大。外墙渗漏会影响住户的日常生活,物业管理和专业维修上也有很大麻烦。必须要严控建筑物外墙的防水质量。本文就此分析了新型防水砂浆在建筑物外墙施工中的应用情况,探讨了建筑物外墙渗漏的处理方法和预防措施。
