将甲壳质在碱液中进行脱乙酰化反应,制得不同脱乙酰度、粘度的甲壳胺;制成的甲壳胺溶液与TEOS溶胶进行凝胶化反应,得到一种杂化材料;通过红外光谱检测和物理性质观测,发现反应温度、时间、体系的酸度对反应产物有影响,部分产物出现Si—O—C键;凝胶化所得膜不溶解于水.
The chitin is deacetylated in alkali solution to obtain chitosan with different degrees of deacetylation and viscosity. The prepared chitosan solution is subjected to gelation reaction with TEOS sol to obtain a hybrid material.
