最近,我们深入到长春市20多个国有、非公及个体私营企业,与近千名职工及工会干部,就职工精神文化需求的问题座谈交流,并进行问卷调查、集体走访。调查结果显示,目前职工精神文化需求呈现出多元化、开放化、高雅化和务实化的趋势。具体归纳为五大需求:一是注重求知保岗,提升业务素质的需求。面对激烈竞争和知识经济时代的到来,职工追求更新知
