In the first decade of the new century, the rapid social and economic development and scientific and technological progress brought about major changes in the media industry. With the fundamental transformation of the concept of communication, the revolutionary breakthrough in means of communication, and the unprecedented variety of new situations and new problems, it has become a real issue urgently required by the media and academic community for further discussions, research and crackdowns.
