太极推手运动是武术范畴中搏斗运动形式的一种。作为太极拳技术在实践对抗中的运用,它要求双方采用太极拳的八法,根据“沾连粘随、刚柔相济”的原则,将对手牵动,推倒或推出圈外等方式来得分取胜。其运动方式既不同于散手运动,也不同于套路运动,随着太极拳运动在世界各地的广泛开展,以及技术水平的提高,无论是健身的太极推手,还是竞技的太极推手运动都得到了迅速的发展。然而,多年以来从运动生理学和生物化学的角度对竞技太极推手运动的研究较少。本文力图利用现有的人力,物力和可能的条件,对上海体育学院武术系8名优秀太极推手运动员模拟比赛后的血乳酸值和心率值作一测定,以初步确定竞技太极推手运动的能量代谢特点。
