随着经济、文化、政治的不断发展,我们的社会也在不断的进步。步入21世纪以来,我国的企业得到了飞速发展。随着经济全球化的发展,市场经济的竞争也愈演愈烈,各企业也开始越来越深刻的体会到声场经济竞争的激烈,从而也就深刻的认识到提升企业核心竞争力的重要性。当今的经济是市场经济,其具有相对的独立性,而相对独立的经济企业,要想在市场经济竞争中存活下来,自身必须具备竞争的优势。而企业资源是培养企业竞争力的基础,企业资源的整合是增强企业竞争力的关键。如何通过企业资源的整合来培养企业的核心竞争力,使得企业在经济发展中取得优势,从而企业资源与企业的发展战略相吻合,是当前企业发展的面临的重要课题。本文就以当今的新形势背景下企业资源与企业核心竞争力的关系进行分析探讨。
With the continuous development of economy, culture and politics, our society is constantly making progress. Since entering the 21st century, China’s enterprises have been rapid development. With the development of economic globalization, the competition in the market economy has also become increasingly fierce. Enterprises are also beginning to appreciate more and more intense fierce competition in the sound field economy, thus realizing the importance of enhancing their core competitiveness. Today’s economy is a market economy, which has relative independence. Relatively independent economic enterprises, in order to survive the competition in the market economy, must themselves have competitive advantages. The enterprise resources is to cultivate the basis of competitiveness of enterprises, the integration of enterprise resources is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises the key. How to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises through the integration of enterprise resources and make the enterprises gain advantages in the economic development so that the enterprise resources are in line with the development strategies of the enterprises is an important issue facing the current enterprise development. This article analyzes and discusses the relationship between enterprise resources and the core competence of enterprises under the new situation of today.
