承办单位加强对内部的督促检查,是落实承办责任的基础环节。卫生部在对所承办代表建议分类分析的基础上,开展分层次内部督办。对“关于深化医疗卫生体制改革,解决好群众关心的看病就医问题”重点处理建议,分四个专题交由相关司局分别提出调研方案,重点办理;对其他建议,及时了解办理进度,定期通报,督促办理。现摘发卫生部开展内部分层次督办工作的有关情况。
