以训练造就实用性人才为终极目标,向社会提供上手快,即懂理论又通业务的应用型人才。因而在工商管理专业《人力资源管理》这门综合性极强的专业主干课程,提出使用案例进行教学,让实例来调动学生的主动性,让真实案例来教会学生们分析和解决问题的方法,使教学成果更显著。
Training to create practical talents as the ultimate goal, to give the community to get started quickly, that is, to understand the theory and business through the application of personnel. Therefore, in the professional and highly specialized major course of human resource management of business administration, we put forward the methods of using cases to teach students how to mobilize students’ initiative and make students analyze and solve problems in real cases. Make the teaching achievement more remarkable.
