生活体育教学模式探索

当前我国教育正在进行重大的改革 ,由多年来的应试教育转向全面实施素质教育 ,即以思想道德、文化科学、劳动技能和身体心理为主的四大素质的教育。根据陶行知先生创建的“生活即教育” ,“社会即学校” ,“教学做合一” ,以及“全民教育” ,“全程教育”和“全面教育”等生活教育的理论思想 ,本文从教学目标 :以全面育人为宗旨 ,面向终身体育、健美体育及医疗体育 :操作策略 :“五大解放”、“两个结合”和“一个制度” ;操作程序 :参加游戏、提出问题、讨论启发、练习运用、及时评价以及系统小结等诸方面 ,提出生活体育教学模式的研究 ,目的是拟建成与素质教育相适应的学校体育教学模式 ,为全面实施素质教育更好的发挥体育教育的功效和作用。 At present, our country’s education is undergoing major reforms. From exam-oriented education over the years, it turns to the full implementation of quality-oriented education, namely, the four major types of education based on ideological and moral, cultural science, labor skills and physical psychology. According to the theoretical thought of life education such as “education for all at work”, “education as a society”, “teaching as one” and “education for all”, “education for all” and “education for all” created by Mr. Tao Xingzhi, Teaching Objectives: For a full range of education for the purpose of life-long sports, aerobics and medical sports: operational strategy: “Five Liberation”, “two combination” and “a system”; operating procedures: to participate in the game, ask questions, discuss inspiration , Practice and application, timely evaluation and systematic summary and so on, puts forward the research of life sports teaching mode, the purpose is to set up the school physical education teaching mode that is compatible with quality education, and give full play to the effect of physical education for the full implementation of quality education And role.
