目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:按照Mogensen糖尿病肾病分期方案,在西药常规治疗的基础上配合中药益肾活血方煎剂,对肝肾气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病肾病进行了治疗观察,并与单纯西药组作对照。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,西药对照组总有效率为57.14%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且在改善糖尿病肾病患者临床症状,降低血糖、血肌酐,减少尿蛋白,降低血、尿微球蛋白,调节脂代谢,改善血液流变学等方面,疗效均优于单用西药的对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效良好,中药益肾活血方煎剂在改善糖脂代谢、减少尿蛋白、保护肾功能方面具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: According to Mogensen diabetic nephropathy staging program, on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, combined with Yishenhuoxue Decoction, the treatment of liver and kidney qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic nephropathy were observed and compared with western medicine group . Results: The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 57.14% in the western medicine control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), and in improving the clinical symptoms, lowering the blood sugar, serum creatinine, Reduce urinary protein, lower blood, urine microglobulin, lipid metabolism, improve blood rheology, etc., the efficacy is better than the control group with western medicine alone (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of diabetic nephropathy has a good effect. Decoction of Yishenhuoxue decoction plays an important role in improving glucose and lipid metabolism, reducing urinary protein and protecting renal function.
