本文利用正交试验法和改进单纯形最优化方法对Ar-H_2等离子体的工作参数进行最优化,以获得最大的信背比。工作参数包括观察高度、功率、Ar+H_2载气、Ar+H_2辅助气及Ar+H_2等离子气流量,列出了微计算机计算框图。用多道ICP-AES研究了14个元素的工作条件,并根据在Ar-H_2等离子体中的行为,对14个元素进行分组,使用测定Ca的工作条件时,Fe、Cd、Cr、Be、Ni和V的检出极限可改善。此条件被推荐为多元素分析时的折衷工作条件。
In this paper, the working parameters of Ar-H 2 plasma are optimized by orthogonal test method and improved simplex optimization method to obtain the maximum signal-to-background ratio. Operating parameters include the observation height, power, Ar + H 2 carrier gas, Ar + H 2 auxiliary gas and Ar + H 2 plasma gas flow, a list of microcomputer computing block diagram. The working conditions of 14 elements were studied by multi-channel ICP-AES. According to the behavior in Ar-H 2 plasma, 14 elements were grouped. When Ca was used to determine the working conditions, the contents of Fe, Cd, Cr, The detection limits of Ni and V can be improved. This condition is recommended as an eclectic working condition for multi-element analysis.
