计划免疫工作是一项投资小,收效大,确实能够控制相应传染病发生,保证儿童健康成长的重要工作。当前计划免疫工作的薄弱环节是管理。要提高管理水平,首先要提高计划免疫工作人员的素质,特别是中、初级防疫人员。为此,1989年11月1日～1990年2月底我们举办了一期全国计划免疫函授班。该班结业时对1325名学员进行了一次基本情况和目前计免工作中存在的问题的全面调查,以期对进一步制定防治对策提供科学依据,现报告如下:
Planned immunization work is an important work with small investment and effective results, which can indeed control the occurrence of corresponding infectious diseases and ensure the healthy growth of children. The weak link in the current planned immunization work is management. To improve management, we must first improve the quality of plan immunization workers, especially primary and secondary immunization personnel. To this end, from November 1, 1989 to the end of February 1990, we organized a national plan immunization correspondence course. At the time of graduation, the class completed a basic investigation of the 1,325 trainees and the current problems in the process of tax exemption, with a view to providing scientific basis for the further formulation of prevention and control measures.
