目的分析研究曲美他嗪对治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月-2016年12月期间在我院心血管科接受治疗的冠心病合并左心功能不全患者80例,采取随机数字法均分为观察组与对照组,对照组进行常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪,对比两组治疗结束后的临床疗效。结果对照组患者经过治疗后的总有效率为85%,观察组患者的总有效率为95%,两组均有明显效果且观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪对于冠心病合并左心功能不全的治疗效果显著,无显著不良影响,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease and left ventricular dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional drugs The treatment group and the observation group were given trimetazidine on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 85%, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%. Both groups had significant effect and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine for the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction was significant, no significant adverse effects, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
